Our team of 35 engineers have broad industrial experience from all types of continuously improvement work, mostly within automotive and the agile way of working, our offer is an effective combination of broad experience and excellence.

Quality Assurance: 
An important way to achieve long-time profitability is Quality Assurance. Due to many specialists EDAG has unique knowledge and broad competence within the area. We have continuously training and exchanges of experiences. Therefore, we can support your company all the way from pre-studies, via project phase, launch, running production and aftermarket. Either you need support to quality assure hardware or software development our team can help you. Of course, we master all well-known tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc. We also have excellence within PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.

Sustainability: 
Sustainability is of special importance at EDAG. Sustainability is composed of three pillars: economic, environmental, and social—also known informally as profits, planet and people. We are skilled in all areas and our service is to help you with planning, implementing and report your sustainability.

Management System:
The management system is a support for the entire company to systematically and continuously develop, follow up and secure quality and environmental work within the business. With years of experience from both large and small companies, we have all the knowledge needed to perform gap analysis, process development, audits and much more. We have excellence within Lead Audit and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Supplier Quality Management: 
One of our specialty areas is Supplier Quality Management, where we take a leading role in supplier development as well as in product and process validation. Our customers are both OEMs, suppliers to the automotive business, Life Science and other industries.

Competence, training and processes are important to achieve high efficiency and good cooperation between our customers and their suppliers. Of course, we master all well-known tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc. We also have excellence within Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
